The HQ Classes in Grassy Park are held at

                              Monday & Wednesday – LOFOB – Grassy Park
5.00 – 5.45pm Kiddies, Beginners (White & Blue belts)
5.45 – 6.30pm Juniors, Beginners  (senior Blue & Yellow belts) **
6.30 – 7.15pm Intermediate, Seniors (yellow stripe, green) **
7.15 – 8.00pm Intermediate, Seniors (green, brown, black belts) **
** Students should arrive 15 minutes before class for warm ups **

1.30 – 3.00pm All colour belts
3.00 – 4.00pm Seniors
