Only the President of the Federation or an official representative may submit a protest
🗂️ Protest Procedure
🖊️ Submit a written report immediately after the bout in question
Exception: For administrative malfunctions, notify the Match Area Controller immediately
📤 Submit the protest to a representative of the Appeals Jury
📋 The Appeals Jury will:
Review the circumstances
Consider all available facts
Produce a report
Take appropriate action
🧾 Protest must follow the Organising Committee’s complaints procedure
Must be written and signed by the team or contestant’s official representative
💵 A Protest Fee of US$50 must be deposited with the protest
