The HQ Classes in Grassy Park are held at

                              Monday & Wednesday – LOFOB – Grassy Park
5.00 – 5.55pm Kiddies, Beginners (White & Blue belts)
6.00 – 7.10pm Juniors, Beginners  (senior Blue & Yellow belts) **
7.15 – 8.00pm Adult’s, Seniors  **
   
** Students should arrive 15 minutes before class for warm ups **
                                                    Saturdays – LOFOB
1.30 – 2.25pm Kiddies, Beginners (White & Blue belts)
2.25 – 3.45pm All Colour Belts, Seniors
